Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a method of treating mental health concerns by talking to a licensed, professional therapist. During psychotherapy, discuss your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Psychotherapy helps to respond to challenging situations healthy coping skills. Psychotherapy helps address a variety of areas including anxiety, stress, depression, addiction, trauma, grief and loss, relationship dynamics, workplace stressors, and communication.

Clinical Supervision

The Center for Clinical Social Work describes clinical supervision as the provision of supervisory services which are informed by advanced training,  of experience, and mastery of a range of competencies. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker supervisor (LCSW-S) helps a Licensed Masters level Social Worker (LMSW) develop the skills needed to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),  a focus on ethics, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Yoga Therapy

The International Association of Yoga Therapists defines yoga therapy as the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga. The yoga therapist designs a personal practice that  include breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, and physical postures (asana) to address a variety of presenting concerns including physical and emotional ailments.

Continuing Education & Training

In person and virtual trainings are available for your agency, school, hospital, group practice or organization. Our personalized trainings are designed to your specifications and customized to support the needs of your Team. CEUs are provided for every training attendee. Trainings can be developed to address specific topics required for state licensure renewal. Contact us today to schedule a complimentary training consultation.

Insurance

Inspired Practice LLC accepts Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare. For self-pay clients, we also accept payment by credit card/debit card and health saving account debit card (HSA). For clients seeking reimbursement, a superbill will be provided directly to you for submission to your insurance company. Sliding scale fees are available.
